Labkafe prides itself on safe and timely delivery of your goods. After processing your order we work hard and fast to get your shipment underway. We deliver all over India at any pincode. For international orders, please consult our sales team. The shipping time you see at the checkout page is different from the processing time.
All orders are processed within 7 to 10 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. The packaged goods are dispatched after two days of receiving the payment. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
On some occasions, there might be a high volume of orders, or postal service problems, or acts of god that are outside the control of Labkafe. In these cases, order processing, dispatch and delivery may be delayed. Don’t worry, we will notify you of every issue through the contact method you provided.
We ship packages via specialized delivery partners after 2 days of receipt of payment. This method of shipment has a clear tracking service and delivery without signature. However, if you wish to include delivery service with signature mandatory, then the shipment method is upgraded and that will incur extra shipping fees. Therefore, we request you to kindly contact us before choosing this method of delivery.
Since we deliver many fragile and sensitive goods, we take special care in packaging and choosing our delivery partners. Our packing boxes are sturdy and amply sized, and special care is taken to pack each and every item safely. Every delivery is LK secured, meaning you have complete protection against accidental damages on the way. Labkafe provides full damage coverage against any goods damaged on arrival.
Shipping charges include various different costs such as handling charges, packing charges, and postage costs. Labkafe offers flat handling charges across all packages, but packing and postage charges change as per the total weightage of the packages.
Shipping rates are calculated per order only. Therefore, two distinct orders placed by the same person to the same destination still counts as two different shipments and so shipping fees shall apply to both. We, therefore, advise you to group your purchases under one order.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
Our operations team shall assist you with every step of your order delivery process, and we will notify you of any delays or other issues with your order. If you haven’t received your order within 30 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will get back to you with a solution as soon as possible.
