The cuboidal epithelium is made up of epithelial cells that have a characteristic cuboidal form. The cuboidal epithelial cell is roughly the same width as it is height. As a result, it is cube-like, yet when viewed from above, it seems square. The nucleus is a big structure situated in the middle of the cell. Cuboidal epithelia is present in the renal tubule of the kidney, pancreas, salivary gland, sweat glands, and mammary glands.
